- JMJune MOct 4, 20251.0The store staff is unhelpful. They say that they don't do tech support. That's a lie, because I have taken my phone there numerous times and they have helped me. Chat agents are worse, as they have now deactivated my ESIM 5 times; yesterday being the 5th time. I don't know what happened to Verizon. I thought they were the best. Years and years ago, they were so helpful, so professional, the best provider. But now they suck.
