Big difference from the other location in town. I will be going to this site the next time I need in person service. And the ppl I came into contact with were so nice. Love it!

I went to this location and Wesley was able to assist me troubleshoot my sim card error; he was patient and provided good customer service. i highly recommend this store if you have any concerns with any of your xfinity services. The store is clean and it smells good. They go above and beyond with their customer service! Thank you so much.

I understand that this is a authorized dealer of Xfinity.I have to say this is the best thing Xfinity could of done. The people are very nice and very helpful! When I went in to return equipment I started taking to one of them about how displeased I was with Xfinity and showed them my bill with all my notes the manager was on the floor and came over listened to me then took it from me and went to work on it I was very surprised .He came back to me with the bill was able to explain what was happening and was able to issue a big credit and show me howI'm going to save on further bills.!They actually worked with me and for me with results unbelievable .I never smile after dealing with xfinity but that day I did.I will go there for all my business with Xfinity. {The Pacific Ave. Stockton needs to take notes}
