I was having issues with an iPhone and no one there could help me the one person that said he could did not solve the problem. I went back a second time I had just had a full knee replacement and it was very uncomfortable. there were no chairs that were comfortable to sit in. I waited there for five hours because I didn’t make an appointment this time. I got another agent who once again failed miserably to help me, I finally went back a third time this time I met a very arrogant employee who wasn’t helpful at all, so I finally asked for the manager. The manager was polite with me and he actually helped me resolve my issues. The Store is lacking in training for its employees I will never go back there again.

The person named Michael Saniatan he just give us phones and also explain me how to activate phones and all things and said just in case you won’t be able to do that just come tomorrow and I helped you out. I was bought two phones so I successfully activate and transfer one phone but with second phone I couldn’t transfer the data by myself so next day I went the store again and go to the same person ask for help but he didn’t treated us very well so one another person name Mel Miller came to us ask if we need any help. He was very nice gentleman he helped us for all our needs. Thank you so much Mr. Mel Miller. If anyone need any help just make an appointment with Mel Miller. I’m sure this person definitely helped you out.
