We then had to return to schedule a tech appointment, which the employee told us was booked. Well, I just spent 8hrs at home waiting for the tech to show up only to call xfinity and discover the young man who helped us never actually booked our appointment. Now we have to return for the third time to the store, just to attempt to schedule yet another appointment. I think we’ll be trying another store.
