Employee seemed annoyed by my presence, barely spoke to me, took forever staring at thier computer screen then said they couldn't help me. I seriously wonder if they were actually trying or just pretending. I've had good experiences with the Santa Rosa Ave location in the past but this newer location was closer to home, I'll just be going to the old location from now on.

- EMEnsley MasonJun 10, 20252.0Employees are very kind but were not knowledgeable and unable to tell us what equipment to purchase. We came home to find we were not given the equipment we needed. We then had to return to schedule a tech appointment, which the employee told us was booked. Well, I just spent 8hrs at home waiting for the tech to show up only to call xfinity and discover the young man who helped us never actually booked our appointment. Now we have to return for the third time to the store, just to attempt to schedule yet another appointment. I think we’ll be trying another store.
