The agent who helped me noticed how high my bill was, and helped me change my plan to save a lot of money. Then the agent sold me on switching my phone service from Verizon to Xfinity. I'm writing this review to warn people that this process of switching to Xfinity phone is AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. Be prepared to spend days connecting with tech support to make the switch.
