    Always a line to get in at opening 10am. Make an appointment if you want to go early. Speak with an agent, best way to resolve issues. Very helpful knowledgeable customer service. Thanks Allen for your help

    I've never been to this store & I don't even know what it sells, but I keep getting a message on my phone about "my service". It's very annoying.

    Once upon a time, cable companies visited your home and hooked up the equipment. Now they throw a pile of electronics at you and expect you to do it yourself, with no instructions. When I called customer support, they didn't recognize my phone number. When I attempted to download the app, I got phished by a fraudulent company and exposed my financial data. When I got the right app, it didn't recognize my phone number. I "chatted" with two people in Asia, who were polite, but unhelpful. No one at Xfinity is responding to my pleas for help. I have been paying for cable now for almost a month, and have no service. I was thinking about switching internet and mobile to this company, but based on the appalling service I've received so far, I will probably stick with TMobile. In the meantime, I have no cable, but I've been paying bills. TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY.

    Piggy backing off my previous review from the Lompoc Store, This Santa Maria store was much more helpful, by luck I was able to be helped by Josh, the store manager, who quickly helped me return my equipment fast and easy! He was very polite and respectful and apologetic about my experience at the Lompoc store. If you have the chance to come here I AM CERTAIN you will be taken care of! Thank you Josh for making my day better!

    Xfinity lied to us and fraudulently charged our account without our consent. In the course of trying to get an internet outage serviced, we were offered two FREE Samsung A36 telephones by the Xfinity service representative. He told me that we would only pay a $25 each connection charge, and other small charges on the phones. During a LENGTHY discussion I told him repeatedly that we did NOT want the phones if we had to pay for them. He stated MULTIPLE TIMES that the phones certainly, unequivocally were FREE. Under those conditions I accepted charges for what were presented as incidental fees. I was never offered a written/digital copy of the agreement. Two days later, our bill showed that we were charged for the complete amount of the phones, totaling $800.00! After MANY HOURS on chat and with telephone support attempting to correct the issue, I was told that the free phone offer was conditional upon switching from another company (also NOT DISCLOSED in the original discussion). Our phones have been with Xfinity for 6½ years. I tried to get help on the matter from Xfinity, but that was absent. Finally, after reporting this to the FCC, we were contacted by a rep. The only remedy we were offered was to return the phones, which took MORE HOURS of our time. This PR rep kept trying to frame what happened as a “misunderstanding”. There was ZERO misunderstanding here. I was emphatic in my refusals of the phones if they were not free, and was assured MULTIPLE TIMES they were. Nobody with Xfinity ever acknowledged the injustice we were subjected to nor took any responsibility for the lies. We were told, “I’m sorry” — but apologies don't give me the over FIFTEEN HOURS of my time trying to resolve these issues, not to mention the stress of being lied to and defrauded. The over 15 HOURS of my time wasted included — — trying to get through their phone tree to a real individual who might or might not help — being connected to the incorrect department via live chat, wasting more time — multiple efforts to upsell us to a more expensive plan (or the fraud phone offer) rather than solve the problem we presented with — losing phone service because their system cannot switch connections from one phone to another effectively — a total lack of empathy on the part of PR — no response when I after being was told I would get a call from a supervisor — getting messages from their scheduling department with a callback number that was restricted, so impossible to complete the call — after being promised a call at an appointed time, Xfinity failed to make the appointment — multiple dropped connections from their end just as we were getting close to completion of tasks, necessitating repeated restarts on the process — interminably long waits for their system to make a single change in internet or phone settings — over a week to get each service appointment, resulting in our internet being out for over three weeks — repair person left trash in our yard, left wiring incomplete and the box open, did not return to complete as promised — lack of compensation for the HOURS AND HOURS AND HOURS OF TIME LOST!!! We are STILL WAITING for our phones to get properly reconnected and returned to their original status. I am OUTRAGED and DISGUSTED at the fraudulent misrepresentation by Xfinity, their absurdly inefficient system, looong wait times, lack of follow through, and overall lack of care. We are senior citizens on a limited fixed income, and this is how Xfinity treated us.
