And the reason I don’t have there internet is because they didn’t provide it to the area I moved to. But they are more than able to upgrade your service. Will be leaving this company asap

I recommend asking for Ana next time you need anything for your account :)

Now they throw a pile of electronics at you and expect you to do it yourself, with no instructions. When I called customer support, they didn't recognize my phone number. When I attempted to download the app, I got phished by a fraudulent company and exposed my financial data. When I got the right app, it didn't recognize my phone number. I "chatted" with two people in Asia, who were polite, but unhelpful. No one at Xfinity is responding to my pleas for help. I have been paying for cable now for almost a month, and have no service. I was thinking about switching internet and mobile to this company, but based on the appalling service I've received so far, I will probably stick with TMobile. In the meantime, I have no cable, but I've been paying bills. TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY.
