- LLLeslyJun 1, 20241.0Abel the specialist is the worst. He has zero patience & on top of that he’s cocky & seems to think he’s superior than everyone else. We went in to pay off a device & get credit for the months we paid & didn’t have service. Abel didn’t help up whatsoever. All the reps we have dealt with were awesome. There was a gentlemen that helped us a lot & was super respectful & friendly a few weeks ago when we visited the store. His name is Brian. That’s the kind of reps Verizon should honestly get. Ask for Brian I promise you you’ll get a better service !
