- DPDonata PassarelloDec 14, 20251.0Today I went to this Xfinity store to get help understand my options with Xfinity mobile. Joseph was very patient, I asked a lot of questions and he took the time to explain everything. I highly recommend this store as the staff is really awesome! Edit: my global pass doesn’t work and i was told I could add a non Xfinity mobile eSIM as soon as the primary was Xfinity, it turned out not to be true. The won’t return me my trade in phone and if I interrupt the service I’ll have to pay the iPhone in full.

So i took a new connection for my house over a phone call with xfinity customer care, everything was smooth and the guy on call ask me to collect the wifi box from any store. So i went to this store and told that guy that i have created my account over a call, paid the initial amount of $25 online on xfinity website, and just told him that i came here to pick up the wifi box which was free. He asked me my registered phone number, and told me that my phone number is not registered. So i checked on my xfinity app, the phone number was already registered. Ok so i gave him my xfinity account number. He checked in the system and told me that i have some kind of special plan and special wifi box which is not available in any of the store nearby, he later told me to visit cupertino xfinity store. Next day when i went to a store which was in San Jose, that guy told me that he lied to me. There was nothing such SPECIAL plan or special wifi box in my account. He just simply gave me the wifi box. Never visit this store! The representative was rude! He just didn’t wanted to sell anything!
- JSjim slaytonOct 14, 20255.0Came in to switch carriers from T-Mobile to Xfinity cellular service. I think his name was Antonio — if I remember correctly — a very kind young man. He walked me through the process, and in about 20 minutes the whole transfer was done. Service is much better at my house now. T-Mobile didn’t even work; it would just say “SOS.” I see some bad reviews, but I don’t know — everything went great for me!

This store only wants to sell things they make mistakes if you request a service like mobile line activation but don’t want to fix it at all so you will have to talk to customer support and fix it yourself.

Employees made fun of my last name, turning the screen and showing the others that laugh on my face! he said “this is the last name” for them, in front of me, didn’t even bother to wait me to leave to make fun of my last name! terrible experience! Never coming back and gonna tell everyone this story so they know what to expect at a xfinity store!
