  I had a terrible experience at this store. The employees were unprofessional and seemed to operate in an unethical manner. I was misled into signing up for new lines, and they didn't follow through on the promises they made. I suspect this might be partly due to Xfinity's sales strategy, but that's still no excuse for such poor service. What made it worse is that I didn’t realize the full extent of the issues until two weeks later. I had to call customer service multiple times to sort everything out. In the end, the 1-800 number turned out to be more helpful than the store itself. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location to save yourself the frustration.

  Worst customer services ever! The representative was interrupting me, n before I had even completed a sentence, made assumptions about my service plan, was dismissive and argumentative. When I attempted to explain and requested to look at a copy of my statement. He responded that he had no way to bring it up or print it out and insisted I down load the Xfinity app. He picked up his phone, ignored my request and started texting. He engaged in gas lighting, yelling at me waving his hands in the air stating I was getting voice benefits for free! Despite the fact that my statement showed I was charged, even after service plan ended. He continued to dismiss my request with disrespectful attitude and rude comments . I requested to speak with the assistant manager, Herby, who reported the manager was out to lunch and responded that he did not know the name of the service representative and could not provide the name of his manager. What a bunch of BS ! Herby doesn’t know the name of his colleague or his manager ?! I paid my bill with out any resolution and was told they were unable to provide a receipt. shady behavior obviously sketchy

  Unprofessional and rude staff. Everyone had a bad attitude and lacked basics customer service skills. I would avoid this location.
