The only xfinity store in the area and its ran completely by children! Literally! They look like teenagers who only do the job for fun. There's no professionalism! They all just banter & lay on the furniture, they treat the store as there literal chill spot! They dont take nobodys account into consideration, like theres truly NO ADULT in sight! Comcast already is the worst in general but this store & their employees are the literal definition of comcast as a company if the company was human. Comcast DO BETTER!

I visited this Xfinity location to take advantage of a promotion my partner shared with me — trade in your phone for $830 toward a new device, add a line for a $400 discount on another phone, and receive one free line. I worked with a representative and clearly explained what I wanted to do. He initially had a blue iPhone 17 Pro Max available, but then informed me he was unable to sell it and said he would have both phones shipped to me instead.
After completing the transaction, I left the store but never received a confirmation email or receipt — only a tax charge billed to my debit card. The following day, I contacted customer service and was told that the Pro Max order had been canceled and never shipped, while the other phone had processed. I was instructed to pay the taxes again.
Another day passed, and I still had not received any email confirmation — only additional charges on my account. When I called again, I was told the second order hadn’t gone through either, and that the phone was now on back order until December. This was surprising, as the store employee had initially told me both devices would arrive within 2–3 days.
I returned to the store and spoke with the same employee. He did not apologize for the situation and stated the order was canceled because I had called customer service and “placed a new order” with them — therefore I no longer qualified for the promotions. He also said he couldn’t cancel the order in-store and that I would need to call the service number again.
I later visited another Xfinity location in Dublin, where I received excellent customer service. The manager there showed me she could cancel the phone order directly from her iPad — confirming that the first employee simply chose not to assist. I was also able to successfully qualify for the same promotions at that location.
Overall, I would not recommend this store due to the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unwillingness to help customers. The Dublin location, by contrast, provided outstanding service and was able to resolve everything quickly and efficiently.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The staff at the Crow Canyon Xfinity office were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. I went in to transfer my account to another person at the same address — something that should be simple. Instead, they told me to close my account and have the other person open a new one.
They explicitly said it was free, no fees, no charges, and that I could keep the old equipment since it was broken anyway. That was all a lie. I was later charged $135 for equipment and an early termination fee. To make it worse, they sent the balance to collections — even though the account was under dispute for months.
This office clearly doesn’t train their employees properly and doesn’t care about giving accurate information. Unprofessional, unpolite, and completely incompetent service. Avoid this location at all costs.
