I was in the store to see if there is any way for me to get the "new customer" deal for internet even though I'm not a new customer. The store's representative accused me of trying to commit fraud and said there is nothing they can do for me and tell me to call the customer service number. He then proceed to shoot me out of the store. If a store can't do anything for customers and just tell them to call the customer service line, then what is the purpose of having a store? If Xfinity does not have a monopoly in my area for high speed internet, I would have terminated my service on the spot. I definitely would not recommend Xfinity service to anyone, unless they do not have any other choice. I definitely would not recommend anyone to visit this store, you are better off calling the customer service line.
- TPT PDec 4, 20251.0They’re getting horrible and much worse . We used to trust comcast/xfinity . Now they’re just scamming by keep increase the bill every month on the cable tv / internet . Total bait and switch . They give you a plan and pricing and just in couple months they keep increasing pricing . Hard to reach anyone on the phone and their call backs are a scam. They never call back . Plus if you try to call them back it automatically hangs up . This is without even talking to anyone ! Also heard much worse stories online and friends about their pressure to sign up for mobile and how they get scammed with one pricing and then see their bill go out of control . Thank goodness we don’t believe their agent scam and did not sign up for the free Xfinity’s mobile when you buy cable . Horrendous customer service!
- PPPeterNov 28, 20252.0came here for black friday deals, the staff told me that I can have a free phone by upgrading my monthly plan (she didn't mention i have to pay for a 2 years balance until we are at the last confirmation page....). I didn't want the promotion, and she told me that she reverted back my plan to current cheap one. but i later realized that my plan is still premium in the current cycle so she just reverted for the next cycle, i ended up with paying for one month extra plan without getting a promotion...!!

When I trade my phone, she offered me xfinity mobile service which included unlimited data and text call etc. But next month, they charged data usage… etc. My monthly payment was 29$, but they charged 103$. It’s soo sucks. I do have ATT and T-mobile. They never charged like that. I moved back to ATT. I am happy paying 50$ without any scams
