Unfortunately the staff and the manager seem to be unable or unwilling to help. I've been placed on the phone with Verizon technical support while in the store, many of the promises about the device, service, speed, price were either completely incorrect. When I called the support line I was told the service I had been enrolled in was not what we had been promised. We attempted to return a device to this location and we're told that this was to be returned online. Online. Customer service informed us that this needed to be returned to the store. This is a great place to waste a few hours if you have nothing better to do I don't want to sit in the air conditioning.
