- CACrystal ArrizonOct 2, 20251.0Primarily giving a low rating due to lack of customer service at this location. I went to pickup my equipment after signing up for xfinity at a new home. I got a notification that my equipment was ready for pickup. Upon arriving at this location they had a handwritten sign up that their systems were down and the doors were locked. Fine, that’s out of their control, I don’t blame them for their system being down. However, given that I work from home and had to plan the rest of my day around meetings, I was hoping to ask one of the employees if I could pickup my equipment given that it’s confirmed and ready for pickup, and if not - get a sense of the ETA. I stood at the door, gently knocked, and waved to get their attention. All three employees looked up at me, two went back to looking at their phones, one started walking around and avoided looking up again. I knocked again. Nothing. None of the three employees acknowledged me. It’s really a shame I have no other broadband options at my new location, otherwise I would cancel my plans to go with xfinity. The lack of customer service during this interaction is one of many reasons why it’s my least favorite provider.
