    Xfinity customer service is pretty crappy on the phone. I went to this store to switch providers for my mobile phone. I had to go twice only because of the customer service line having inadequate service. Both times I went to the store the young men that helped me were pleasant and courteous. They helped me without a fuss. The reason I had to go back was because Xfinity locked my phone. Julian was able to unlock my phone quickly and made sure it was working properly before I left. I recommend this store! Remember, they are not the big company. They are employees just doing their jobs to the best of their abilities. These two young men were excellent at their jobs!

    I'm so tired and frustrated with Xfinity's extremely poor customer service. I've been using their internet service for many years and recently chose to upgrade to the 1 Gbps/100Mbps from my Fast package. It has been three weeks but my download speed remains the same at 700 Mbps. The upload speed worsened to 6 Mbps. After several technical support calls they told me my Motorola MB8611 cannot handle the highspeed despite its specs can handle up to 2.5Gbps. B.S.! They also told me I'm on the next-gen plan which comes with a free modem so let's use that. I went into this store to pick up the modem but they told me it costs $15/month so I went home and talked to xfinity support again. They again confirmed the modem is free. I don't know what to do any more. Don't want to deal with such dysfunctional company.

    The sales rep gave me inaccurate information. I was told that my current data limit was 800GB and that it would cost me less if I lowered my data limit to 500GB - but if I exceeded the limit I would be charged $10/GB. She had this confused with speed - kept saying it’s always the same speed. I had 800Mb/sec transmission speed (Superfast) which can be lowered to 500Mb/sec (Fast). When she sent a text link for confirming changes, one box to check said data limit is 1.2Tb - she told me to check it anyway, that it was there just so I knew I could upgrade later! I resolved the issue with a phone call to Xfinity support.
