On the other hand a girl named Jazmyn helped me and she was so much more useful than Kate who had helped me in the past

The bigger issue, however, was her appearance not being in line with the apparent dress code originally I had believed she was a fellow customer. While she made an effort to be helpful, professionalism in presentation is just as important as product knowledge, and this is the main reason for the 3-star rating.
