The bigger issue, however, was her appearance not being in line with the apparent dress code originally I had believed she was a fellow customer. While she made an effort to be helpful, professionalism in presentation is just as important as product knowledge, and this is the main reason for the 3-star rating.
- KZKks ZhengAug 16, 20251.0Some people provide misleading , unprofessional service, I try to return my modem, they say they cannot do it otherwise I would loss my WiFi discount, which mean I has to borrow their modem for my network. This is not the case, I go to another store and they immediately return the device without and issue.

JASMINE was really helpful and informative... she addressed all questions and concerns and answered everything perfectly...I would GLADLY go to her again for any transaction or questions... we picked up new equipment and changed our bill. 11/10
