Instead of just offering transparent pricing, they prefer to make every simple change (a transfer between locations) feel like working with a shady car dealership. Why couldn't I just have done my transfer of service to a new building online without having to interact with someone? Elforjani in an earlier review nailed it, "This company takes all the efforts to charge you in any way they can".

I learned the ropes that you have to get yourself on the cue/waitlist if you want help in a timely manner. The people who work at this location are chill and super helpful, especially a lady named PX. She went above and beyond with a fairly complicated request that required her to track processing on my account for a few days. She called and updated me and helped me till the end. Amazing customer service! My family and I will be back.
