Incorrect roaming charges + no resolution from support
I was charged over $800 in roaming fees even though my Global Travel Pass has been active on my account for years and has always worked on prior international trips.
On a trip to the UK last week, Xfinity billed hundreds in roaming charges within hours of arrival. I contacted support multiple times — agents said the pass “wasn’t on the line” but also confirmed there was no deactivation event on my account. I tried to re-add the pass in the app but it showed errors on my line.
Despite 3 days of calls/chats, the charges kept coming and my line was eventually frozen.
This appears to be a system error on Xfinity’s side, and customer support was unable to resolve it. I’m now escalating formally. Hoping Xfinity improves reliability and accuracy for international roaming — customers shouldn’t be penalized for following all the rules.

Go to any other internet or mobile provider other than Xfinity. The company and this store are shady. They have no problem lying just to make a sale. They’ll sell you something and promise a promo that you’ll never get. They will just keep lying to you saying you’re gonna get the promo until you finally realize you aren’t and you get to the point you file complaints against them. Then when you finally hear from corporate they will call and say sorry it’s too late for the promo or a return and that’s it. They will lie just to make a sale and zero help and support from the store and the company. They don’t care about their customers at all. Don’t fall for their lies. Go anywhere but Xfinity.

can easily swap ur xfinity boxes here. got my mobile, tv & internet. bring ur own mobile is a bit complicated.
they said my samsung a15 didnt work with their net work, as their imei check said its dont work.
I think the imei check purposely won't allow some phone to work, even though it should. maybe so they can update phone or service?
after trying an alternative imei 2 on my phone, then it works. this was an unlocked factory direct samsung phone.
