    This review is based upon corporate and not the individual store. I write this because if there is an issue where you ABSOLUTELY need to resolve an issue through speaking with an individual human being.... you are out of luck because it is not possible. ALL phone numbers dump you off at the same circle of recorded responses that offer no help. after going onto the store I was directed to a kiosk to make a payment for my son, in another state. I then went to the kiosk and was able to make the payment. This is a prime example of the customer getting the privilege to bear the cost savings of the company having zero telephone customer service. I vote with my money and I would never be a customer with this company in the future for this singular reason. I use TMobile and do not have this problem.

    Went here twice on 2 different Friday, and both times we did not have to wait long, and the customer service representatives were friendly and got the job done. It's a nice store and It's much easier than calling and having to wait a long time and then have to go through the AI. They have a nice waiting area with couch and a TV. Parking was also plentiful since it's in a strip mall.

    Xfinity have some good promotions. I like you bring your own phone or buy a new phone plus wifi Internet. Customer service less then 10 min waiting good people they take their time to explain what your plan your chosen is going to be with taxes and everything so I'm glad I checked it out. I'm a happy camper. Keep it up. 😎👊🏽✌🏽

    Incorrect roaming charges + no resolution from support I was charged over $800 in roaming fees even though my Global Travel Pass has been active on my account for years and has always worked on prior international trips. On a trip to the UK last week, Xfinity billed hundreds in roaming charges within hours of arrival. I contacted support multiple times — agents said the pass “wasn’t on the line” but also confirmed there was no deactivation event on my account. I tried to re-add the pass in the app but it showed errors on my line. Despite 3 days of calls/chats, the charges kept coming and my line was eventually frozen. This appears to be a system error on Xfinity’s side, and customer support was unable to resolve it. I’m now escalating formally. Hoping Xfinity improves reliability and accuracy for international roaming — customers shouldn’t be penalized for following all the rules.
