Comcast/Xfinity customer for well over a decade and been coming into this store for years as the customer service via their phone support can be challenging at times. Make an appointment to avoid any wait, was fortunate to get Eddie to review my internet billing as I had several discounts expiring. Eddie went above and beyond, not only did I avoid additional charges he was able to lower my bill. Fast forward a week and made an appointment for my mother in-law who has been trying to adjust their billing (TV, Internet, Mobile) via their CS call option without any success. We walked in and fortunately for us Eddie was walking a customer he just helped out so he was free to help us. Eddie reviewed her billing for all services with full due diligence and she ended up walking out with significant monthly savings, an upgraded iPhone and a free Apple Watch from a promotion as a Platinum member she had no idea about!! We could not be more grateful for the world-class service from Eddie. Thank you, Eddie and Xfinity team!!

Poor costumer service! Guy in the front was so rude and he doesnβt know how to speak with costumerβs! He told as soon as rudely you guys have to wait 45 min but inside was just couple people, he was just trying to ignore as no reason. I told him we have just a pickup he started yelling ! ππππππππππππππππππ

Worst internet connection ever. No internet connection already one day passed. Without any kind of previous notice. Cannot believe this problem facing in bay area. this impacting my remote work life. will change it as soon as possible.

Iβm not very happy with the process of switching to Xfinity mobile and itβs been difficult getting assistance both over the phone and in person until we came across Luois at the Xfinity store in Campbell. Heβs been extremely helpful with monitoring my account and making the switch less stressful. 1 out of the 4 lines has his new phone and says the service is better than T-mobile. If youβre thinking about making the switch I recommend going in person to this location.
