- WWWanderellaNov 7, 20251.0I visited the Verizon store today around 5:35 PM for dropping my trade-in device off and was told to check in and wait. I waited patiently for the whole time, but none of the staff followed up or gave any update — 3 staffs at the store went to the back and seemed to forget about the customers waiting. After waiting over 30 minutes, I finally went up to ask, only to be told that they had already called me — even though I was sitting right there in front of them the entire time! Then he tried to excuse it by saying the person who checked me in was new and didn’t know what to do. That’s not acceptable for a company like Verizon. Poor communication, no accountability, and a complete lack of customer care.
