    Issac was extremely helpful to me and helped me reduce my bill significantly. His service was efficient and did a great job explaining all of my options in detail. He was very knowledgeable about the plans and stopped at nothing to provide me the best possible price for service. Highly recommend booking an appointment at this store instead of going through the mess of trying to get customer service help online or on the phone, both of which took much longer and tons of effort to speak to an actual person who could help

    For the first in 45 years I can comfortably give Xfinity an A+ in service and plans. And absolutely recommend the One Gig 5 year plan and ask everyone to go to the Geary Blvd SF branch to get the rich and famous treatment we all deserve. The reps will provide you with an exceptional customer service you ve never seen before. I was lucky to have gone twice in about 8 days apart. All was still A+. Again much to my surprise. I was also lucky to get the same person named Isaac. I think he was the icing of the cake in terms of knowledge, professionalism happy employee respective of his colleagues and customers. He had to follow up with a phone call …. He even followed through and made the call. Anyway, I’m glad Xfinity is finally hiring smart and courtesy staff sales reps. About the deals. I’m very happy to see that they have finally come to their senses that we don’t wanna argue with them every year for lesser services and higher prices- so that is why this new deal is so great. Thank you Xfinity and thank you Isaac and the staff at 2186 Geary Blvd SF CA

    One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve now waited for Comcast Xfinity three different times for an installation that never happened properly. The first technician couldn’t figure out the cords—just left without resolving anything. The second time, I waited in my apartment from 1 p.m. until after 4 p.m., watching the door the entire time. They were scheduled for 2–4 p.m., and I even received a text at 3 saying they were “on their way.” No one ever arrived. No call, no follow-up, nothing. I missed a class because I was waiting for them, and there’s ABSOLUTELY no way to reach a human being, only an automated system that goes in circles. I TRIED ENDLESSLY TO DO SO, THE SYSTEM WILL NOT DIRECT YOU TO AN AGENT. It wasn’t just inconvenience; it was disrespect for my time and basic honesty. They simply didn’t show up and didn’t care.

    I’ve had mediocre service here. I’ve had good service here and I’ve had bad service here the bad service. I waited here for an hour and 30 minutes to be called up to the stand for the man to tell me he couldn’t help me because I didn’t have my physical ID on me, which I’ve never been requested to have or mandatory to have on any visit before And then there’s a time you come in and you’re always there waiting for at least an hour even if you’re there at 10 AM when the doors first open, you’re still gonna be there for a good wait I’ve had excellent service. It took an hour after waiting for an hour. It just sucks sometime.

    The in-store experience is great considering how much of a catastrophe everything else with xfinity is. The employees are all very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly, although you can tell they are understaffed which is undoubtedly xfinity’s fault. The store manager and Carlos were especially helpful, as well as another employee whose name I can’t remember. I am giving this store 5 stars in the hope xfinity gives them more resources to succeed. Every single step of what I needed done was a mess with xfinity and their customer service. They make you present your ID at least 3 times just for basic information. This isn’t the employees fault, it’s the company claiming they are just following regulation but are making everything feel as dehumanizing as possible. The wait time is long as they are understaffed which is increasingly common with these awful mega companies who don’t care about customer satisfaction or employee stress levels and work environment. I ordered a product and asked xfinity chat for a tracking number. They supplied that but then inexplicably cut off the cell and data service for both phones on my plan. I obviously asked for no such thing. This is legitimately a dangerous situation in an emergency but thankfully I was able to access WiFi. Then, I had to explain to 3 different people online what happened after and their “resolution” ended up creating a new problem afterwards. Then, once I received the product I had ordered and following instructions every step of the way, the product ceased to function. I called and they said due to security concerns I would have to go back in store because I did not prove the identity of who received the product. I was never told I needed to do this, and again I supplied my ID at least 3 separate times when ordering it. So basically I did everything correctly, there’s no other possible way I could have gone through this process, and the company has a poorly trained online customer service person tell me the only solution is the least convenient one. I don’t blame that employee at all. Xfinity should be ashamed for their lack of training and lack of capability to resolve technical issues. Anyways, 0/10 experience, wasted probably 8 hours of my life at the store and online trying to resolve this issue. That said, I want to incentivize xfinity to help out this store more. Thank you to those employees, no thank you whatsoever to xfinity.
