- GGGiselle6 days ago1.0My parents and I went to this store because they wanted to change their phones and even though I speak English and I can translate everything to my parents, I asked if there was anyone that spoke in Spanish so they (my parents) would feel more comfortable about it, and the guy that was first taking care of us said it was okay and called his coworker Fernando, when he saw us, he made such an annoyed face and gesture clearly showing that he got upset because we asked for someone to speak Spanish, honestly it was so rude, we didn’t say anything and continued with the process and when he found out my parents were trying to change their phones, all of sudden, he was all kind and paying attention, of course that was because he gets to benefit from it and now I wish I didn’t ask for someone to speak Spanish and just get everything done with the first guy, unfortunately I don’t remember his name but Fernando for sure doesn’t want to work or just speak Spanish. Unfortunately I don’t have any other xfinity store closer where to go but I know who I don’t ever want to speak about anything related to my phone again.

I just left the location on Potrero, and I just happened to come in when they weren't too busy. I had three employees offering help, I went to the first person that offered. KEVIN was able to help me lower my bill, seems like my promotion expired recently, and also helped me save money by offering a free phone line! Prices for the phones were so good, I made an appointment to bring over the rest of my phones from ATT!! & since it's Christmas, they hooked me up with a free snow globe picture frame! Thanks Kevin!

- LMLarz MertzNov 23, 20255.0If not for this store and Stephen and Zhe specifically; I not only would have left Xfinity, I would have done so in such a fury as to never forgive the company. BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE. Because there are fair and honest service reps in the world still: Talking on the level: no bait and switch moves and willing to go to work to fix a-lot of other Xfinity employees mistakes that THEY did NOT cause. Such good customer service from these two that It evened out my original opinion of Xfinity being “no way, never! I’D rather have NO PHONE OR TV!” to “Overall this company is aight”. All thanks to the new store on 16th, the manager Stephen and customer service agent Zhe. As good at the job as is possible in my opinion. Thank you. Happy Holidays. PEACE.
