    This was an incredibly frustrating experience and a clear example of how poorly Verizon handles customer service. After 17 years as a customer with six active lines, I expected better. I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro online after Verizon advertised an easy upgrade with two-day delivery. Instead, UPS attempted one delivery, and because of Verizon’s restrictions, I couldn’t even pick it up at a UPS center. From there, everything unraveled. I spent hours on chats and calls, was given multiple conflicting explanations, and received several “guarantees” from Verizon agents that I would still get my phone. None of them were true. In the end, a supervisor finally admitted my order had been cancelled, that I wouldn’t get the phone, and that all I could do was wait for a refund before starting over. The only compensation for all the wasted time and broken promises? A $25 credit. That’s insulting, especially given the hassle and lost work hours this caused. Verizon’s customer service is disorganized, unaccountable, and dismissive. After nearly two decades as a loyal customer, this experience makes me question why I stay with them at all.

    JUST HORRIBLE NEVER RECEIVED MY PROMISED E-GIFT CARD! Ordered another phone and it was lost and they NEVER said nothing! I had to call all day just to get someone…… hung up on several times because they didn’t have an answer so they just hung up and on hold for almost an hour!!! Just HORRIBLE.
