- YYYa YaDec 17, 20243.0I'm a loyal Verizon customer i love this company and have never had issues with anything from service to billing to getting help from customer service. It's always above and beyond. If you're getting scammed don't blame the company. You can't trust most people in San Francisco anyways. Whether it's a ma and pa or xfinity all locations vary due to the EMPLOYEES present. Being in San Francisco for a month from growing up in San Diego and mingling with others here n there, I've realized this quickly. In San Francisco, you're never going to get what you pay for. You might be better off doing most of your business with Verizon over the phone or instead of just leaving a comment saying don't choose Verizon, you could Google a location with good reviews, do some research in general. Shout out to John at the 768 market st Verizon he gave the service I'm used to from Verizon which is above and beyond!
- YKyohannes ketemaOct 8, 20241.0Avoid Verizon at any cost!!!!!!! Licensed thieves and legal scammers!!!! I just have their service for 2 month and I got charged almost every week. I have an adjusted credit and my bill was current. On oct7 2024 they suspended my service and forced me to pay $110 past due balance. When I speak customer service over the phone they transferred me 4 times to different departments and waited 2 hours on the line to resolve issue. One of customer service realized that my bill is current and needs to be corrected but nothing happened. The most funny part, after I paid the balance still showing I have past due balance on my account. Please avoid Verizon and don’t get scammed. Very disorganized customer service and they are stealing money with out any scheme.

I'm trying to return 5g service that didn't work in my home, and they won't even accept a return of their own equipment. I'm getting told they need to mail an additional label and hope that my account actually accepts the return, or they're going to charge me hundreds of dollars. Please, nobody, ever use Verizon phone or their internet.
