- TBTam BaigOct 22, 20251.0I have had a horrible experience with Verizon Business. First I was offered a promotional rate which I never received. I tried calling their customer service. After long waits they refused to honor the rate even though I had written proof of the offer. When asked to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on repeatedly. I found a way to contact Executive Services. Azaff R. was the representative that contacted me. He was just as bad. He was refusing to solve the problem even though I sent him multiple screenshots. He tried to give me a worse deal without explaining it completely. When I asked multiple questions and for him to explain it in detail he just ignored it. Simply horrible.

I went to the Verizon store after being assisted by customer service. They were excellent. I was helped by Sergio. He totally made my visit great.
