We paid for months for “local presence” only to find out that they didn’t even have us set ip correctly and honestly don’t even know if they ever did. Their manager offered us a 30% discount on local presence for 3 months. What a joke! You should have refunded us 100% of that cost because we paid you for a service we did not get. The customer service is horrible when trying to get updates added to the website. Simple requests would take several follow up emails.
