Pedí mi servicio, y nunca me dijeron que había un adeudo en la dirección donde empecé a vivir, pague mi factura y a los 3 días me llegó otra con un saldo que yo debía pagar. Al hablar con un asesor me dijo que me habían hecho todo mal, que la oferta que me hicieron no aplicaba y que debía pagar el doble por el servicio, al final me querían mandar con at&y por sus errores, ahora perdí dinero por las personas que contratan sin entrenamiento y sin saber hacer bien las cosas. Muy muy mal atención
