  I was scammed by Xfinity about 1-year long "free" mobile service they're currently offering all their customers. They were going to charge me a "one-time" fee they never mentioned about the "free" mobile service they insisted I take, and months before that, they were going to charge me additional fees for my WiFi they previously false advertised as "loyalty rewards". I did some search and found out that plenty other customers experienced similar situations as I have with Xfinity. When I told the agent that I highly suggest he communicates to his supervisors that they shouldn't encourage agents like him to make false advertisements to customers and offer them "free" mobile services and, instead, inform them about one-time fees ahead of time, the agent neither apologized nor validated my feedback, and I was simply transferred to another agent. Lucky enough, I had NO issues whatsoever cancelling both my WiFi and mobile subscriptions with Xfinity from either agent, but please, if you would hear me out, do make your life easier and enjoy WiFi and mobile services from an honest provider who will not make a fool out of loyal customers with elaborate lies and hidden fees!

  Visited the Xfinity store today and had an efficient, straightforward experience. Lenny, the representative, was highly competent and attentive. He explained options clearly, resolved issues without delay, and handled everything with precision. No wasted time, no confusion. This location is effective because of staff like Lenny who actually know the product and execute properly.

  Manager Marcell and other lady was not helpful downtalked the representatives on the phone just wanted to change phone plan idk what else to do so I went here they said that since I started service on the phone they were unable to help me even though they are all tied to same company refused to cancel my service or change the plan said they didn’t have access to it but she was able to confirm everything on my account which I found odd then tried to say they would turn off my internet which is not true I didn’t like her attitude it’s close but i didn’t want to get into a verbal disagreement because I am already upset so I left quietly don’t know if I will return the customer services sucks

  Their is an agent in this store Latina American the most rude impatient uneducated violent aggressive more than willing to uphold and continue with conflict should not be in customer service position she actually came at me when leaving store to confront me to get physical I've never been in fight my whole life it was a frightening experience. And they lost out on my business was going to upgrade from Android phone to Iphone..my daughters a nurse and was going to pay cash for it..Just a note as a precaution for future patients to this florin mall dr. Store be ware....
