This is not the first time Steven has helped me transfer my phone line to Comcast. Previously, my husband’s phone number was lost due to unpaid bills. I visited several other branches, but everyone told me it was impossible to recover that number. However, Steven was incredibly patient and determined — even after the store had closed and others had left, he continued to help me search. Thanks to his persistence, I was finally able to get my original number back. That experience left me with a very positive impression of Comcast’s customer service. More recently, we transferred our lines from T-Mobile to Comcast again, and Steven once more went above and beyond. He patiently helped us test whether the phones we bought from Hong Kong could work with Comcast SIM cards. He spent almost an hour testing and confirming everything before completing the transfer. Steven’s professionalism, patience, and dedication are truly exceptional. He is by far one of the best customer service representatives I have ever met. Employees like him make Comcast stand out and earn customers’ trust and loyalty. Thank you again, Steven, for your remarkable help and kindness!

The employees in the store seem like they're working for a different company entirely than the technicians who have visited my house. The miscommunication is rampant, every tech says they showed up for a different job than what I actually need done. I've gotten completely incorrect information from store employees before, had to get a manager to help, then they both just walk away from me mid transaction to do something else. Xfinity is dreadful to work with.
