It is so frustrating especially when they are charging your card and its your boyfriends account and you both need it switched to a different card but they WONT and REFUSE to help you. Its like they're afraid of you taking away any payment method so they just dont allow it. Now I have to find a day to go down there in person and have them fix it. Thats kind of hard when you have to work and your vehicle is a gas guzzler. We pay for this service we deserve to have the ability to speak with a human when we need cause your dumb automated services DO NOTHING!!! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!! I SHOULDNT HAVE TO GO DOWN THERE! YOU GUYS NEED TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR US AND GIVE US THE HUMAN CONNECTION WE SO DESPERATELY NEED IN ORDER TO GET THESE KINDS OF THINGS FIXED. YOUR DOING IT ALL THE WRONG WAY! A PISSED OFF CUSTOMER
