Literally the slowest group of employees I have ever seen. One guy could not even get through one customer while his co-workers were going through two or three. He stopped working multiple times just to talk to the customer instead of filling out the computer stuff that was right in front of him

Okay so today I had to drive from an hour away to pick up my moms SIM card, she doesn’t drive or speak English, customer service let me know I can pick it up and when I show up they start telling me they can’t give me it because the main account holder wasn’t there even tho they said it was fine on the phone long as I showed that we’re all one family under the same plan Travis and Dan were very frustrating to work with because of their passive aggressive attitude and no care in the world for wasting my time, you have one job and it’s costumer service but you guys can’t even be competent enough for that, I’m switching back to t mobile I thought Xfinity would be better to deal with

Well I first went in for the first deal of Internet a phone line for $20 a month and then one for free for a year. The internet was supposed to be$40 a month along with the free line and one for 20 a month by that time I stopped them from what they were doing I was going to pay over $200 and something dollars for what should have been $100 activation fee phones and to buy my internet. I stopped the transaction it got to be more expensive as every minute went by I'm very unhappy that was 5 days ago and I still haven't received any money back
