  I have to cancel my service because in Thanksgiving 3 days prior and 2 days after Thanksgiving I had no internet connection so therefore I couldn't watch TV. Couldn't watch football. I have my whole family. It was very disappointing and on top of that they still charged me. That ain't right

  This company is a scam. I was moving into my new apartment and I was having issues with my internet router not connecting so I contacted their support team online for assistance. They helped me out by troubleshooting the router etc, but nothing helped. They then proceeded to say they’ll send out a service technician within 24 hours to only schedule me an appointment that was a week out… I went into Xfinity to further my knowledge, as if I was going to get charged or if theres an earlier appointment date. They told me that there was no earlier days and I wasn’t going to get charged. So I waited the week. The technician guy came into my apartment to say that the cox cable was not connected to the socket and proceeded to fix it which lead to it working. Everything was good until I saw on my bill that they charged me for sending a service technician out to my apartment. Which I contacted their support team saying they weren’t going to charge me and it was free, but they said they couldn’t do anything about it which tells me this was a big scam from the start. They lied twice to me and I’ve had enough of this nonsense so I cancel my subscription. Don’t go for Xfinity they are scammers just trying to get your money.

  My brother use xfinity almost 4 years and pay every month 120$ for 4 years almost 4k for service, his move to other state and call for customer service for cancelation xfinity service, one the operation tell him ok we can cancel service, but you have to brings back internet modem My brother ask my help for reruns modem Today 10/23/25 I brings modem to the truxel office Christopher takes modem and ask black box 4k wifi box , i call to my brother and ask about this box , my brother tell me i don't know anything about this box I don't think I have I ask questions, Christopher for how this works if we not bringing this black box to you ? His tell me you not Alex, Alex main holder guy I ask supervisor for help his name Brady His tell me we charge 130 $ fee for black box , and after this Brady tell me I don't like to talk with you, because you not Alex But Alex in the phone all this time So guys becarefully with xfinity and travel store Xfinity in Truxel store Customer service super bad I'm highly recommend no use this store and xfinity service
