    Nothing to do with the store. Just wanted leave a review for verizon. Got three phones from Verizon last year on promotion had to send out old phones back. Send them through ups got the tracking number and everything. Provided the tracking number to Verizon they verified and phones were never picked up from ups store so they said I’m not on fault and everything is clean and they will start providing discounts on the bills within two to three billing cycle. It’s been a year now calling them every month and haven’t got anything fix on the bill. They been charging for three phones and our old phones are gone too. Verizon is a rip off. Bad customer service. Ripping people off. So frustrated for calling them every month and explaining the same thing again And again. Gave up now. So think twice before getting any promotion from the. Might have to beg for your money.

    Horrible experience. Go anywhere else, the staff won't help you with your issue and they'll just watch football highlights loudly on their phones while YOU call the call center. I got a wifi-only plan, have been dealing with the hassle of it for two months between them not mailing me a passcode, AI-customer service over the phone, etc. Finally today decided to go into a corporate store and get some assistance from staff. I was told at a different Verizon store a staff member would be able to help me. I walked in, the first gentleman barely listens to me as I speak. His response demonstrates he's heard 60% of what I said. He tells me I will be in "good hands" with gentleman 2. He listens to maybe 30% of what I say, and when he responds he speaks to my male fiance, not me, even though I'm the account holder. Proceeds to have us call the call center. He and the other three guys begin a loud conversation about AI and football highlights, as well as at least one of them is watching the game at full volume. We were on the phone for 20 minutes in this store. Manager finally comes out, we go to the manager to ask for help as the call center person told us to do. Suddenly #2 is back, pretends like he's been helping us all along. Complete waste of time. It would have been one thing if the issues were with Verizon, but it was an issue with Verizon and the employees. Go to ANY other store, this one is a dud.

    Oddie was very helpful earlier today. He was ready to help me as soon as I walked in the door. I thought he was a customer too. And to top it all off, today is New Year’s Day. He’s ready to help and great customer service experience.
