    drove 45 miles one way to get the equipment they gave me the wrong equipment but the first time i called for help they did not tell me it was wrong after waiting a few days till the 1st i attempted to start the service but the service person said it was the wrong equipment so now another 90 mile trip to get the correct equipment maybe but who knows as the employees at xfinity do not know what equipment to give me as they did it wrong the first time and not only that but did not activate the equipment they gave me just said plug it in and it will work didnt find out it was wrong and not activated till the 1st hmmmmm why give equipment and not activate it seems like incompetence in the extreme

    Comcast/Xfinity worked with me to negate an extra fee on this month's bill. I went over my usage limit on my cellphone for 1st time ever, since my computer was in shop for repairs, which forced me to use cellphone for everything. I guess they could see that I was telling the truth b/c phone was pinging in different city and they approved a one-time "credit". I have used Xfinity/Comcast for decades and nothing like this ever happened before, so they credited this extra charge. Thank you, staff, for understanding my situation!

    I've been experiencing internet issues at my home since July. They have sent technicians out to my home, even replaced the wiring that comes from the street to the side of my house. They have now advised me that the nodes in my neighborhood are overloaded. Essentially they can't provide the service that I'm supposed to get that I'm paying for. I'm told that until they upgrade the equipment around my neighborhood I will continue to lose service frequently or not have speeds close to what I'm paying for. I went into the store trying to get additional assistance with this problem since the technicians they keep sending to my house can't do anything, it is a network issue. I spoke with Anthony at the store and he said he would look into my issue to see if he can get anyone to look at my problem. It's been a month and I haven't had any follow up from the store, or Xfinity. I have spent hours on the phone with support, and the Xfinity app. I've been a Xfinity customer for over 15 years and will be looking for an alternative since they can't provide adequate service any longer to my residence.
