I was extremely fortunate to work with a sales consultant there named Phil Lewis on December 9, 2025. Phil is highly competent, professional, and very personable. Even more important – Phil has mastered the dying art of Customer Service! He listened attentively to my problem, then initiated the appropriate steps, and persisted in his follow-through, until the issue was resolved. Even if you live in Santa Rosa as I do, it is absolutely worth driving to Rohnert Park to use this Xfinity store. There is usually no waiting at this store, as opposed to the crowded Santa Rosa Xfinity stores. And when you get to Rohnert Park Xfinity, do yourself a favor and ask to work with Phil Lewis. Phil will persevere, until he solves your problem!!

It was causing her a lot stress and although initially I was told they couldn't help, a supervisor or more experienced associate intervened and gave correct instructions to the tech helping us. He went above and beyond calling his boss to ensure what we needed done was being handled correctly. Throughout the experience they treated my grandmother with courtesy and empathy. And most importantly, they fixed the problem right there. And I was able to verify it before leaving the store.
