My mom went to ask for help and Isabella took amazing care of both of us. She resolved my issue in less than 20 minutes and I had spent 6 hours on chat with Xfinity before this. They were supposed to exchange one phone for another which should be simple but 3 of them keep passing me from person to person. Now I have been charged for two Deposits on my account. They were supposed to refund me one and that has not happened. both charges were for one 16SE. I returned their 1st screw up and exchanged my 16 for 16se. They put the wrong phone number to sync my watch to on my watch so I can't sync my i-watch with my phone. There is alot more I could say but to say the least I had the same horrible experience a year ago at the santa rosa store, so I went to another store hoping for better service. I don't know who trains your people but they should be fired. I could do the job these people tried to do.
