- KKKoa KaneOct 3, 20252.0After 7 years with verizon, I always believed that the place to go was the Corporate store for help, not a franchise store. Not the case any longer. The employees are friendly and helpful, but they are "especially helpful" to get you signed up for a so called "Free" phone. No more contracts because the "Free" phone is the contract. I go there to purchase a Samsung watch (add to my plan), only to get a sales pitch to upgrade to the newest "Free" $1499 phone. Nah, I'm good, all my devices are paid off, Thank You. I left without a watch, and most importantly, no "Free" contract phone.

I have a z fold 3 and got a new one since my original is mest up . The used one I got has its issues al well and top it off verison can't find a case for it if there life depends on it. This was the Manger. They have no interest of taking care of people and there needs . Worst comustomer that I delt with . I deal with insurance companies they lise and solve the issue . This is the case they sent me for my z fold 3 . Going on a mounth with them of trying to get a cause and several phone issues Do not operate your buisness from this location no one cares they just want your money . Very disappointed

She said they closed at 7 when the website said 8 and there were still customers inside. Would not open the door to let us join our mother who was inside finalizing the plan.
