Went out of his way to help my entire family switch over. Shout out to Taylor, she got me great deals on WiFi and a new iPad. Do make an appointment ahead of time because this location is really busy however I didn’t have any issues with a quick drop in. Great area parking and small stores around the plaza help with convenience. Thanks Xfinity team!

The so called store manager, “Jayvee” was useless. While waiting there, I witnessed a guest getting sent to the Emeryville location because he did not speak English. Overall very unprofessional. A handful of people in there were complaining because of the underestimated wait time. Got handed the equipment and no explanation of what to do.
