This agreement covers home internet and a bill for three phone lines with two Promax 17 devices. We always make sure to have a written document. This document is proof of the agreement, and you must maintain your credibility. It's not our fault you broke your promise; we left our previous company. Your offer was good, so why did you change your mind and remain silent? We want a solution to this problem. It's unacceptable to keep saying different things. I believe someone is responsible; we need a solution, please. If you had specified this amount from the beginning, we wouldn't have changed it because it's beyond our means. We don't care if the employees lied; we want a solution that suits us. Even if the employees bear the burden, we must review the security camera footage. If you find out who is responsible, I will publish this across all platforms. Or you must find a solution because we are extremely angry about what happened.
