The rep that helped us was super helpful and really took his time to ensure I was getting the best value on my plan. We went through the plan and he was actually able to lower the overall bill! Amazing right??? Well it gets better!! Verizon was finally offer home WiFi in our area and we qualified. The rep added the WiFi to my plan (cheaper than the service I’m using by $30) he also set it up so it was as easy as taking it home and plugging it in. I had a great experience going in and even though the appointment was a little long for me, our rep did everything he could to make sure we were happy before leaving. That’s why they deserve this 5 star review
