Geoffrey was very patient, helpful & knowledgeable about the products. It had been 8 years since I had purchased my last phone so obviously things with electronics had upgraded and changed quite a bit. Geoffrey helped me pick out the perfect phone & all the accessories I needed. I don't completely understand why so many reviews of this particular location are so low I walked in and they were very friendly & professional & I was very pleased with my overall experience. I understand that reviews are important but I think sometimes people need to have their own mind and give a place a chance I think you'll be just as pleased as I was. Big shout out to Geoffrey I appreciated your help and I love my new phone! I purchased the Samsung S24 FE model and it's a super cool phone you should check it out and ask for Geoffrey!...P.S. Placed my order online to upgrade to phones and my Verizon agent, Mark, was apparently having the worst day as he provided me and my family, the worst attitude that I have ever experienced. We ran into an issue and instead of trying to explain what was going on he said not my problem and walked away. If you have any sense, do not ever go to the store. I believe in given credit were credit is due, and the only kind person that I experienced at this store and my last several visits has been Jessica. She took the time to explain any issues and any possible promotions that were made available. I typically don’t make reviews online as I believe that everyone can have a bad day; however, I have visited this store on multiple occasions and every single time I was treated rudely and I don’t think customers deserve that kind of treatment.
