Basic info, like which card was listed in autopay..etc.. All they would say is that I would be mailed a final statement, and if I had more questions, I would have to call customer service. Save yourself a headache and just go to the smaller, much more friendly store on Cypress.

But once i needed to exchange it for a new on the nightmare began. A month later and i still dont have the exchange done. Our account manager ghosted me multiple times unavailable to help us through the exchange. He told us he didnt have time to help us when he was the only person that could. I tried calling the general customer service line and this lead down a spiral of frustrating calls without a consistent person to understand our relatively simple business case. One time i was on the phone for an hour where i thought the exchange was processed and at the last minute i was transferred somewhere new last minute to start over. I can't express how awful this experience has been. Super unprofessional and a waste of my time as a business owner.
