- BPBill PickleNov 1, 20241.0This past summer on one of those days when it was 104°. I got to the store to hopefully get some help with some problems that I was having with my phone. At the door there was a sign that said "Back in 10 minutes", so I figured I could wait a few minutes out in the 104° heat. A few minutes later from inside the store the tech walked to the door and could see me in full view in front of their fully glass front door. Without acknowledging me, opening the door or saying a word he switched the sign from "Back in 10 minutes" to "Back in an Hour" and walked away back into the depths of the store. I went on down to the corporate store in downtown Pleasant Hill where they took care of me and fixed my problem immediately. I will never go back to this location again.

I had tried to call but no one had their number, even at Verizon. a novice showed me some phones. they were more expensive than other places. all in all, not much help. then I went to T-Mobile. they greeted me immediately, the associate was extremely helpful and the same phone was more than $100 less. the customer service was miles apart. still contemplating.

As for transferring my information from my old phone to the new and anything else they just left me hanging. They weren't very helpful and didn't give me any other options on how and what I could do. Before paying their fee for their time. Ask if they can do what you want.
