I was then told nothing could be done because the account was inaccessible due to their own mistake. Completely unacceptable service even store manager denied helping in any way. I wish I could rate below one star.

As for transferring my information from my old phone to the new and anything else they just left me hanging. They weren't very helpful and didn't give me any other options on how and what I could do. Before paying their fee for their time. Ask if they can do what you want.
