My family has been without internet for 5 days, 2 techs have been out and could do nothing to help. We are paying for platinum. Apparently anew line needs to be run to out home, according to the techs, but xfinity is dragging it's heels and doing as little as possible. I have five kids , this is absolutely ridiculous,and unacceptable. And you can't get a hold of a human to help. Xfinity obviously doesn't care about it's customers

Needed to keep my Internet and cancel cable due to increase of house payment. Xfinity customer service needs be completely revamped. But luckily sales rep was excellent in resolving my issue.

When it comes down to business, they will not give any help in fixing service issues or credit for weeks of poor service. Most of all, they actually spoke very poorly about Xfinity store, especially the one in Folsom. After 20 minutes of conversation, basically, I am back to driving to Folsom. Sad that we pay so much money for their services and we get a subcontractor trying to a job they can not do.
