Apparently nine people working in the store wearing no name tags, black hoodies, dirty paint covered pants all huddled together loudly discussing their weekend plans and laughing like a bunch of High School teens! Any store manager who lets their team behave in this manner with zero enforcement of business attire and professionalism should be terminated! Xfinity you cannot let this store go on the way it is! Absolutely unprofessional.

When my 2 years of service was over i was given a price for basic internet which was within my budget. It was to be $40 a month. After the first month it went up to $93. They had added a phone. I tried to get it taken off because i already have a phone plan with my family that they pay for. I called or went into store many times and they always said they fixed it but they never change the bill. Finally I got an email that said my request was denied. I just changed to AT&T.

It's hard to tell who works there since they're all in random street clothes, lots of goodies, staring at screens. Must've been 3-4 minutes before someone called out at me and waved his arms. I suppose it's not cool to greet customers any more. I explained that I need just wifi. Nothing else. Then I sat there. In silence. No conversation. No questions. Nada. For at least 10 minutes. He ran back and forth to the (?) manager to whisper questions (used car vibes). No, the manager didn't make eye contact either. But sat with his hand on his face, sometimes fingers in mouth, staring at a screen. After 10 minutes he informed me (in scribbled writing) that just wifi would be $81. Wifi plus another phone (i don't need) would be $51. - for a year - then I'd have to "find another promo" or pay $81. Yes, I tried to get the $51 for just wifi. No chance. What has happened? These screens have made people....(fill in the blank). It's just bizarre.
