We cannot wait to move to AT&T. Xfinity's quality has gone down the drain in the past 5 years, and it is an embarrassment.

I recently updated my Xfinity account, and during the process, an agent offered me a “free” phone. At first, it sounded like a great deal. However, what they did not mention is that the phone actually costs around $400 if you don’t agree to add a new line. And adding that line will cost you about $12+ per month with taxes. This kind of misleading sales tactic is extremely disappointing. Customers deserve honesty and full disclosure—not hidden costs and surprise charges.

She went above and beyond, exceptionally kind, courteous, and incredibly efficient in helping us. What stood out even more was her responsiveness when we needed support after leaving the store, she made sure we felt taken care of from start to finish. The location itself is also very convenient, with easy parking, which made the whole visit even smoother. In a market with so many competitors, this kind of service truly sets Xfinity apart. Because of Amira and the outstanding experience she provided, I strongly recommend Xfinity.
