It’s a third party prepaid internet service with a chatbot as its only customer support. When I called in for troubleshooting activating my service with an Xfinity representative, they weren’t able to solve the issue since they apparently have limited access. They scheduled an appointment for a technician to come by. On the day of, no one came and I received no notification as to why. I called in to reschedule an appointment, found out my appointment was cancelled, and 6 separate individuals including a representative at this store were unable to reschedule an appointment. And on top of that, since it’s prepaid they already charged me for a month and it’s nonrefundable. No services rendered, didn’t even use the service for 1 second. Needless to say, I’ll be getting my internet service elsewhere, I wish you the worst of luck with your shady business practices and scamming people.

Their app is broken, I can’t see my bill and transfer my mobile to a new address, they pretend like everything is cool and keep redirecting you. Feels like they don’t respect your time. Also tower coverage is pretty low - I live in Menlo Park and it’s just not that great… Edit: the customer support left a link to chat with them - but it was so bad, that I don’t even want to waste anymore time with them. It feels like they laugh at your face, without being able to help. I spent 90 mins over the phone with someone who tried to assure me that everything will be fixed soon, but I still have problems with my accounts.
