So my son needed a phone and asked me to meet him at Verizon while speaking with a female representative and after hearing everything she had to say about if I switched over with my son my bill would be lower. Her final price for our monthly bill would be $192 . It was written on the paper and here it is a half month later I received a bill in my mailbox from Verizon the bill was $282.90 👀 I was so pissed I started shaking 🫨 called the 3 people that was with me that day asked if they could fo with me to confront Verizon about this outrageous bill . My bill alone is $109 who does that even after telling her I didn't need a phone just my son she kept trying to convince me that my bill would be cheaper with both myself and son🤔so I bit and got the plan . Moving forward today is 3/23/2024 the bill is due tomorrow and the only reason I haven't went to Verizon I wanted to calm down so I wouldn't talk ignorant while dealing with this theif at Verizon 😡.I showed the bill to everyone that was with me at Verizon and their response was pretty much the same as mines . Plan on going to Verizon after church tomorrow. She got a whole lot of explaining to do. Im so sick of slick talking suppose to be professional people SMH 😒 to be continued. I got a lot of praying to do at church , God help me !🙏🏽
