    I was suppose to get texted a survey to do after my visit but didn’t get it so I’ll write this review instead atleast. The guy who helped me with morning at 11:58am 12/27/25 when returning my Xfinity devices was quick and very helpful thank you 5 stars

    🚫 Xfinity Review — Missing Equipment, Poor Communication, and Wasted Time I normally give companies the benefit of the doubt, but my experience with Xfinity today was extremely frustrating and needs to be addressed. After leaving the Xfinity store, where I already spent 45 minutes working with what had to be a new employee who had me input my information four separate times due to multiple iPad crashes, I got home only to discover that my equipment kit was missing the coax cable required to activate the gateway. I was given only the power cord. I called customer service for help, hoping for a simple solution. Instead, the call added to the frustration: • After already waiting 45 minutes in store, I spent additional time on the phone, only for the agent to ask, “How can I help you?” • I clearly explained that I was missing the coax wall jack cable needed to connect my modem. • The agent immediately put me on hold, came back, and then told me to “plug the power cord and the wall jack into the modem” — completely ignoring the fact that I JUST told them I did not have the cable in the first place. • When I asked if they could simply ship me the missing coax cable (since it was Xfinity’s mistake, not mine), I was put on hold again. • After another wait, I was told I would have to go back to the store to pick it up myself, as if I hadn’t already spent nearly an hour there due to their technical issues. At this point, I’ve wasted my time in the store, wasted time on the phone, and still don’t have the equipment necessary to activate the service I’m paying for. This experience shows: • Poor communication • Lack of attention to customer concerns • No accountability for missing equipment • Repeated unnecessary holds • Zero willingness to offer a reasonable solution All of this has made what should be a simple activation process feel unnecessarily difficult and stressful. Xfinity needs to do better in training, equipment checks, and actually listening to customers when they explain the issue. Being told to “use the cable” that I never received is unacceptable, and forcing customers to return to the store for something that should have been included in the box is unreasonable. Very disappointing experience. Recommmended replacement of team due to consistent feedback of names mentioned within the last 5 months JAY SAMEER HECTOR ERICA

    I'm 99.99% sure the man, Hector, was high on something interacting with me. Completely lackadaisical and didn't want to help with my account, instead called someone on the phone who hung up repeatedly. When I inquired as to why he wouldn't just open my account on the ipad and look at plans (You know, like every other Xfinity store) I kid you not his exacts were "Ya know man, I could but it's just so complicated because you have home security so I'm gonna let her do it." And I walked out afterwards. Just an embarrassing experiencing.

    They didn’t know what they were doing when we asked for help fixing the phone. They said they couldn’t upgrade the line either because there was a claim even though it was never submitted. It took 20 minutes just to be told they couldn’t do anything at all to help. And the manager had to be asked several questions but couldn’t be bothered to come help, instead he messed with the tv.
