We came in the store to seek assistance with a transfer PIN number that wasn’t working. He started blaming us for it not working and then when I grew angry that he was blaming us rather than trying to help us, he orders his associate Malcom, who was lovely by the way, to stop helping us and ordered security to kick us out of the shop. All I know is that I cannot recommend anyone purchase’s Xfinity’s services while Brian jr is still employed here. I would rather spend 10,000 at another provider than deal with Brian Jr.
