    0 stars. William had a really bad attitude from the start when we came in to get a modem. What should’ve been a simple straightforward task turned into a whole three hour ordeal. He pulls out the modem and is about to apply it to our account and give it to us, but when we decline to add a phone line to our service, he puts the modem away and says we have to go to the Sunnyvale store because he cannot service us here without any explanation. We call Xfinity to confirm because we don’t want to waste more time and they say that there is no need for us to go to another store that we can stay where we are and they have plenty of modems. We come back in another person helps us and gives us the modem right away. What a waste of time.

    Today I visited the Xfinity store because my phone was broken. I asked for help to send it for repair and get a temporary replacement phone, but the staff didn’t assist me. They only gave me a phone number to call for a repair request and didn’t offer any real help. Also, Xfinity doesn’t have a service where customers can leave their phone for repair and get a temporary replacement device — I know other companies provide this option. Very disappointing experience. Very bad experience with their service. They don’t care about customers’ opinions or convenience and completely ignore them.

    I came into the store in the afternoon on 6/7/25 to gain clarity on a bill increase. There is no check in process at all and it's a bit confusing in terms of which customer is next. Nolan, the employee who eventually helped me was very confused about my bill and couldn't answer any of my questions. For the duration of our conversation, he wouldn't make eye contact and swore at times. I don't think this was directed at me, but out of a sense of frustration on his part. After he said that he couldn't help me, I had to ask him to give me the corporate billing number so that I could continue to work on resolving my issue. I get the feeling that he wasn't willing to help me resolve my issue and wanted to pass me along to some other team. Definitely don't feel respected as a customer. If you're looking to be treated respectfully and have your issues resolved, I would suggest avoiding this location.
