I had my three-month-old with me, who of course decided to get fussy after our 30-minute drive and a little wait in the store. It turned out my husband (who works Monday- Sat out of town and could not go himself) got the wrong information, that I could pick up the item instead of him, from the 1-800 number and we thought my drive was gonna be for nothing! Dillinger said he could help, that it might take a while, but he would work as fast as he could! He was so kind and patient—guiding me through everything, answering all my questions, and solving every issue super quickly. He walked me through every step on my phone instead of having to come back another day and didn’t mind at all while I juggled calming the baby. I honestly have never experienced customer service this wonderful anywhere. I’m so grateful!
