- MMmarissaSep 5, 20253.0Would consider recommending, but I don't think I will, considering almost every other week it seems that there is an outage. When looking on the outage map it shows that the outage is anywhere from around 2 to 4 miles away, so I'm not sure how that would affect my internet. Also, not sure about television needing WiFi when having a cable box, but I don't know that much about technology so it could be that way. If all these issues didn't happen then I may recommend but with these issues reoccurring I don't think I will.
- DLdelfino lopezAug 18, 20252.0The store is amazing in customer service however the company itself had took 218 dollars due to some glitch in their system I won't get my 99 dollars back becuase they can't seem to find it or whatever so probably going to cancel xfinity for pretty much stealing 99 dollars from me so yea I guess dont do the auto pay option cause if you miss one payment and make in store you will louse your money

I was still skeptical given my past failed attempts, but then I met Chris—who truly saved my day. Thanks to his dedication, I got my number back. I’m deeply grateful for their exceptional support and kindness.
