    Worst customer service! Bunch of staff just standing around holding tablets, lil’ Frankie or Francisco was more interested in trying to sign me up for their mobile service. I had an issue with internet, called him back and he just avoided the call. Sent to the new xfinity store twice by the online rep to pick up equipment, only to get there and they were clueless, saying we are a third party we don’t do that. I waited for a manager to help me out, but they were busy supervising or training another employee on how to look busy while on hold to avoid doing their job. I finally left the store after 15 minutes. Can anyone explain the purpose of this location opening if they are just a third party and can’t do anything?

    Worst service ever sense their a brand partner store they do what they want, tried to exchange do pod said we don’t do it here , called Xfinity customer service they said they would, went back to store with rep on line gave the phone to the worker they said we are all out at this time and can’t help out seen the girl shake her head like don’t do it. But if you’re signing up for new service or upgrading, they will slap to attention right away and help you out. They are a joke!
