Turned out our service is extra slow and watches were never free. My mom had to talk to customer service and they couldn’t help either cuz warranty expired and the watches are not even activated. Horrible don’t transfer ! We have to wait a year until we can leave this carrier now because they didn’t even print receipts for us to acknowledge all the fine print. They just wanna sell you stuff that’s “free” for their commission.

I called Comcast and they gave this text message thing to chat with , went thru all that unplugging my cable for 5 seconds it did nothing after 5 seconds now I have to get a technician to come out . I'm pissed it's Sunday and football is on and my freakin cable is out to people who read this if you want great cable service go with someone else , Comcast has the worst cable service in history I pay $116.36 a month and this is how they do me. I just paid my bill for the month of December and Comcast does this to me on a football Sunday for crying out loud. Hey Comcast should I not pay my bill not month? Or should I get a percentage on my bill for next month? , people out there go with a better cable provider other than Comcast good day to the beautiful people in the world 👍🌷😁

Oh, it's in the fine print. I will never use xfinity again for anything, and I will make sure to tell others to not use xfinity that they are a bunch of liars and really want to get your money at the end and overcharge you. If I can give a zero rating, I would.This is in merced california
