I went in today to add a line and say they only gave me $700 for my phone and so I called Xfinity on the phone and they said that they can’t do anything about it and I just have to continue paying my over priced phone payments because the store employees lied and say I would get a higher trade in than what I actually got.

Stood and waited for an extended period of time, just to drop something off. This is an incredibly frustrating and non productive system. There is minimal seating, which was all full, so myself and many other customers were standing. Everyone should have the time they need to shop, but if you are simply dropping something off, you should not be made to wait for an hour of your day. It took about ten minutes of watching the process of this store to be able to identify the problem and come up with a solution. There is no excuse for waiting an hour to simple drop off your old equipment.
